Chloe Bennet is back in action for the most exciting new on streaming series to binge this week: "Interior Chinatown." In between Its clever social commentary on stereotypes in media and hilarious comedic moments with Jimmy O. Yang and Ronny Chieng, there are also some awesome fight sequences in the new TV show available to watch with a Hulu subscription. As Bennet told CinemaBlend, after her experience on "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" that had fans hoping for a spinoff, she was content to not be part of them.

Bennet famously put the work in on ABC’s "Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.," which ended after seven seasons back in 2020 with a fantastic series finale. The actress learned kickboxing, boxing, krav maga and jiujutsu to embody Daisy Johnson/Quake, who went on to lead the Inhumans, and has sustained multiple injuries while working as an actor. When I asked Bennet whether she gets in on the stunt action in "Interior Chinatown," here’s how she responded.

00:00Chloe, I know you've done so many stunts in your career,
00:03especially with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
00:04Did you get to do it later in the show?
00:07And did you give Jimmy any pointers?
00:09Do I do anything later in the show?
00:11I feel like I was so happy to not do any of it, actually.
00:17I am still aching from S.H.I.E.L.D.
00:20My body hurts, I'm old and decrepit,
00:23and I'm happy to have watched them enjoy fighting.
00:28I am in pain.
00:32Deserved. Did you get to be on set during that scene?
00:35I actually didn't. I actually didn't come see that,
00:38which I'm annoyed about.
00:39I think I was out of town or something while you guys were shooting that.
00:42But it looked sick and it's so fun to watch it
00:45and have it be part of the show and not have bruises.
00:48Yeah. What about you, Ronnie?
00:49Do you wish you got some fighting in?
00:52I'm glad I got some in.
00:54I was glad to be a part of it. It was super fun.
00:56We were in that restaurant fighting for like, it felt like a week.
01:00We're throwing plates, dishes.
01:02We were training, you know, we're practicing all these moves that,
01:05you know, never ended up getting cut.
01:08Got all these bruises from stuff that they didn't even use.
01:11One time me and Jimmy broke through a wall and they ended up not using it at all.
01:15There's no way.
01:16Yeah, yeah.
01:17It's been actual.
01:18Yeah, yeah. There was a wall and then we fought and then we broke through it
01:21and, you know, we kept fighting and, yeah.
01:23I think that's what people don't realize lots of times.
01:25Yeah, is that most of it gets cut out.
01:27Yeah, but it was super fun. It was super fun. I loved it.
